Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
As per Government of India regulations, all guests (including children) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival. Foreign nationals are required to present a valid Passport and Visa.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount for the first night. No-shows are non-refundable.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, furniture, or electronic equipment during their stay. Any such damage will be charged to the guest's bill at the time of checkout.
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of Shimla Hills, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas to ensure the comfort of all families staying with us.
The resort management reserves the right of admission. Any guest found engaging in illegal activities or behavior that disturbs other guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
